Important Notice:

Visiting Cabo Beach is at your own risk. While we strive to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, Cabo Beach Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Management”) does not assume responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property while on the premises.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By entering Cabo Beach, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not enter the premises.
  2. Health and Safety: All guests must adhere to posted safety instructions and guidelines. We have a swimming pool available for use by restaurant guests. Swimming in the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while in or around the swimming pool. After 15:00, children are not allowed in the swimming pool.
  3. Conduct: Guests must behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner at all times. The Management reserves the right to remove any person from the premises who is acting in a disorderly or inappropriate manner.
  4. Personal Belongings: Please keep an eye on your personal belongings. The Management is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  5. Prohibited Items and Activities: The following items and activities are prohibited: alcohol (unless purchased on-site), drugs, weapons, fireworks, glass containers, and open fires. Pets are not allowed on the premises unless they are service animals.
  6. Environmental Responsibility: Guests are required to dispose of trash in designated bins. Protect the environment by not disturbing wildlife and natural habitats.
  7. Liability: The Management will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on the premises. Guests enter the premises at their own risk and waive any claims against the Management for any reason.
  8. Lost and Found: Any valuables found on the premises will be stored in the Lost and Found for 10 days. If the items are not collected by their owners within this period, they will be donated to a local charity.
  9. Photography and Videography: By entering Cabo Beach, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the Management upon arrival.
  10. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while on the premises.
  11. Amendments: The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check our website or signage on-site for the most current version.
